cinema, Ray's influence on Indian art and storytelling remains

Ray's career spanned over five decades, during which he directed 36
films. These included critically acclaimed masterpieces like the Apu
Trilogy and Charulata, alongside enduring popular classics such as Sonar
Kella, Joy Baba Felunath, and Hirak Rajar Deshe.
Beyond filmmaking, Ray was a prolific creator. His works included books,
